Delivery information:
Shipping is standard Airmail-registered post for all the world. Delivery time depending on model availability, max. 1 week for kits and max. 4 weeks for painted models.
Please note that International Shipping can sometimes take up to 30 days from mailing to arrive to you.
Please contact us if you have not received your shipment within 30 days of shipment notification. If an item is returned to us in case of a mistake in address or person not found in given address or for any reason which is not related to us, you are obligated to pay the shipping again. If you do not claim your shipment, then we will not be responsible for shipping charges as the service has been performed.
In case of issue regarding models damage during shipping, please contact us.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
